1. Send a request
Use the button above or email hello@dapylabs.com with the subject AFA: account and personal data deletion. Provide the account's email or phone number and say whether you want the whole account or specific data deleted.
This sends a request to the AFA operator, «DAPY LABS» LLC. The link opens your email app; the request is sent when you send that email. This website does not collect a form submission.
2. Verify ownership
Support may need to verify that the account is yours to prevent unauthorized deletion. Do not send a password, SMS code, full card details or identity documents in your initial email.
3. What is deleted
A full deletion request covers the account and associated personal data, including profile, contacts and function access. Anonymous statistics may remain without an account link. If a limited record must legally remain, the operator explains its scope, basis and period.
Uninstalling the app does not delete the account. Blocking or deactivating it does not fulfil deletion. You receive a response explaining the outcome or any necessary next steps.
Subscriptions and purchases
Separately turn off subscription auto-renewal in App Store or Google Play to stop future renewals. You can submit the deletion request at the same time. Store-mandated records are controlled by the store.
